I met Dr. Griffiths almost 13 years ago when my son was born with a cleft lip and pallet. I did not know he would be born with the clefts so I wasn’t prepared. Dr. Griffiths assures me he would take care of my son. He has done exactly that. My son had been through many surgeries and oral procedures but he looks great. I would recommend Dr. Griffiths to anyone needing his expertise.

Dr. Griffith did a wonderful job correcting our daughter's right coronal craneosinostosis. Our daughter looks so beautiful and it's such a relief to know that her brain can grow normally and healthily. It's such a sad and scary thing to learn your baby needs major surgery but Dr. Griffith and his staff, especially Star, worked so hard to answer our questions, work on our schedule and make insurance all work out for us. He changed our daughter's life and we are so grateful.

My experience with Dr. Griffiths is somewhat unique. I was taken to the emergency room for complications related to a lifestyle lift procedure. The doctor who performed the procedure as well as his staff were unreachable although the staff at the hospital tried multiple times to reach them over a period of two plus hours. Finally when it appeared fruitless to continue trying to reach the doctor who had done the surgery, they contacted Dr. Griffiths. He came and immediately and took care of a blood clot on the side of my throat that was about the size of a tennis ball. He was very attentive to my daughter and husband and answered all their questions and concerns. This was huge as they were unable to talk to the very people that should have been available to address their concerns and fears. Not only did Dr. Griffiths take time with them that night, he called my husband twice the next day to check on me he also called me and spoke with me directly to see how I was doing. I had a reaction to the anesthesia that was given me earlier for the original surgery and have no memory of anything from the time the surgery started until a vague memory of the feeling of being choked, which turned out to be Dr. Griffiths removing the blood clot, so do not remember him or talking with him that night. What I will remember always is that this Doctor who did not have to leave his family and his engagements of that evening came to the hospital and took care of another doctor's responsibility. He is a man of integrity and compassion and I cannot emphasize that strongly enough. In addition, he seems to have surrounded himself with staff who share those qualities. Although I have only met Star through telephone conversations she has rendered the support I would have expected from the other doctors office and did not get. She answered questions and concerns, and gave me direction on how I might handle the insurance company. Kudos and many, many thanks to Dr. Griffiths and his staff.

Dr.Griffiths is the best! I had abnormal ears all my life and was made fun of growing up.I was too embarrased to ever take my hat off even at special occassions and church,so out of respect I just stayed away from formal parties and church.Thanks to Dr.Griffiths experience, compassion and eye for perfection I finally feel comfortable enough to stop wearing hats to hide my ears all together but much more then that I actually feel like a human being and not an animal.Thank you sincerely Dr.Griffiths

DrGriffiths changed my life beyond belief! I was born with cleft lip and palet. I was tormented and bullied and its really a hard defect to face as a child in school. DrGriffith really changed my life my sophmore year of high school i believe it was, (excuse typos and punctuation my phone is cracked) anyhow that was the most dramatic procedure he did. My jaw,my nose,my lip,and chin. Alligning all in order. He did it in such a way that when i went bck to school it changed my life for the better there on out. He made me as beautifully as his talented hands could. He also donated his services as i was one of the first patients by what my father told me. Dr. Griffiths performed a frenuloplasty on my severely tongue-tied year-old son back in 2011. The surgery and recovery went well, and he has complete, perfect function in his tongue now. I think of Dr. Griffiths every time my son licks an ice cream cone. :)

Dr. Griffith performed surgery on our 6 month old son. He had a Dermoid "skull" cyst removed just above his eyebrow. I would say that Dr. Griffith is a very unique man. He has awful people skills and is uncomfortable to talk to. He kind of makes you feel like you are a child being talked to by a grown up. However I do not believe he does this on purpose, I truly believe he cannot help it, that's just how he talks to people, I compared him to a "mad scientist" genius yet weird. My sons surgery went great, he was extremely calm and confident and that was re assuring, however my only big negative thing to say about this was that he was so sure about closing the incision on our sons head but afterwards once it started healing it was extremely obvious that he did not do a good job closing the incision. It was very wide. Looked like he closed it from the inside and it had to heal on its own which gave the appearance of being this wide, thick scar.

Dr Griffiths and staff made our traumatic experience (cleft lip & palate on my grandson) much easier, made us more secure. He is a genius at what he does and his staff is wonderful support
