She ruined our experience with a brand new baby. She was deceitful and despicable. She was the worst doctor we have ever experienced. I wish I had never been exposed to her deceiving manner.

I waited over an hour and a half for Dr. Cooper to see my child. When she finally arrived, she didn't even apologize. Just said "we had a critical situation". When we finally did see her, she wanted to give my son a strep test when we were there for an infection by his ear. I have done enought step tests that I knew he didn't need it cause he didn't have strep. It was a waste of time and was just something else she could bill me for. I was told it was fine by the nurse and she said the prescription for the z-pack would be called into the pharmacy. When we went to pick it up, Dr. Cooper had not called it in. The nurse said because I left without taking the strep test, Dr. Cooper would not call in the prescription. That is crazy and very unprofessional. She took the money, will get her insurance pay and did absolutely nothing but waste 2 hours of my time. I won't be back to that office!

We love Dr. Cooper....have been going there since my children were born (now ages 20, 17 and 12!) She is the most knowledgable and thorough pediatrician out there! I recommend her to everyone! Her staff is so friendly. They treat us like family!

We have loved Dr. Cooper and her great staff since we had our daughter 4 years ago. it's so nice to go to an office where they know and remember you. Our appreciation for Dr. Cooper has risen even more since the birth of our 2nd daughter, who has Downs Syndrome. Dr. Cooper's support and compassion has been phenomenal and the level of care isfantastic as usual. We are so lucky to have found Dr. Cooper.

She is very caring and the best with the follow-up. On a holiday weekend she called me a few times to check up on how my daughter was doing after having a fever. She is not my regular doctor but was just filling in on call for my regular doctor. Highly recommended!!!!

My daughter's been seeing Dr. Cooper since she was a baby. When saw other doctors when she shared a practice with other pediatricians, but none even came close to Dr. Cooper. She takes time to explain things to you and discuss all aspects of the child's life which can impact emotional and intellectual development instead of purely focusing on a single physical problem. She is far and away the best pediatrician out there and I have recommended her to everyone I know with kids. Her patience, compassion, thoroughness, and knowledge place her miles above the rest.

Dr.Cooper is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor in the world today. She is one of the sweetest people I've ever met!
