have just had 2 full knee replacements in 9 months at the age of 57. I cannot say enough about the talent, compassion and kindness Dr. Chancey has shown me. The one piece of advice I can give is “do the work”. I was fortunate enough to have such a brilliant surgeon, the least I can do is do the work. Rehab/exercises are such a major part of recovery. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Chancey and her amazing receptionist Maria. Dr. Chancey has put the work in, it was my turn to do my part.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Chancey or her MOA, very helpful and responsive! I saw Dr. Chancey following an injury on January 1st. I was seen in ER, xrayed, put in a sling and sent home to await Ortho Surgeon call. Dr. Chancey saw me and re xrayed, booked for surgery next day. I am now 3 1/2 weeks post op from a ORIF of the proximal humerus and am recovering great. Just home from 2nd Physio session. Dr. Chancey is very professional, thorough and patient, ensuring to answer all questions and ensure patient understanding. She also has a great sense of humour which I appreciate.

I saw her for a knee replacement and was so impressed with her knowledge, kindness and professionalism.

I saw Dr Chancey for a foot fracture. She explained my xray results well, asked a lot of questions, and was very thorough in examining both feet to check mobility, pain, and movement. She gave a clear week-by-week action plan on what I need to do for the next few months while everything heals. She seems quite competent and I'm glad I was referred to her.

Only good things to say about Dr. Chancey. Pre-op and post-op of total knee replacement surgery made me feel comfortable and positive about results. She's the best.

I was just discharged from Ridge Meadows hospital after she did surgery on my right heel removing infected bone tissue. This after another doctor told me the only solution to my infected foot was amputation as I'm diabetic with neuropathy in both feet. I demanded a second opinion saying I wanted to talk to Dr Chancey as she did a partial hip replacement on my mom at the same time as I was in the hospital. She had nothing but good things to say about Dr Chancey. Long story short Dr Chancey said she'll give surgery and six weeks of non weight bearing on my foot a shot. Well here I am walking from my place to the local Timmies a week after being discharged. I still need a walker of course but if it weren't for Dr Chancey I'd looking around for a prosthetic right now with all that entails. So thank you so much Dr Chancey! You literally saved my life! I can't thank you enough!

Our child was involved in accident and referred to Dr Chancey after emergency - it has been 3 days and we have not heard from Dr. and calls to office each day requesting Dr call us so we can actually know the nature of her injury and what treatment she needs have been met with exponentially increasing rudeness from the office MOA, Kim.

I saw her after a weird foot injury & was in surgery the next day for reconstruction. After a few weeks it was apparent that it wasn’t healing as we would have liked so a second surgery was booked. All good now! Her bedside manner is pretty dry. Reminds me of Tig Notaro!

Dr Chancey gave me my life back. I've got a new knee and I'm doing things that I couldn't do for years. Thank you, Dr. Chancey!
