16/04/14 3 2 1 1 I went to see dr Langley after determining that I am suffering from TSW or topical steroid withdrawal. He refused to consider such a prospect saying there is no evidence that steroids cause addiction. I am living evidence. He then gave me a prescription for a cream called Protopic as I refused anymore steroids which he wanted to give me. I put the cream on last night and my skin has been on fire ever since. Doctors like this we do not need. What ever happened to the open, scientific and curious mind? I asked him to write down a website where he could get a ton of info on this problem but he was not interested. I wish he was wearing my skin right now. Quack!  Respond

11/02/11 3 5 5 5 Dr.Langley is a very knowledgeable dermatologist. He has followed my melanoma for 7 years and he treated my grandmother for a rare skin condition called bullous pemphigoid and she was well treated. Ignore some of the whiners in here. Maybe they should go to the states and pay a few thousand dollars for routine visits. By the way if the line-ups are too long stop going to the Dr. for simple problems .  Respond

25/01/11 5 4 4 4 Suffered for 10 years with psoriatic arthritis. He got me into a study with the drug embrel which cleared up 99% of my skin. Found him to be very "user friendly". Would highly recommend him as I haver a long history of being passed from doctor to doctor when I was trying to find out what was effecting me (RA). If I had gone to him from the start I am sure I would have suffered less. Bob Doucett  Respond

30/06/10 1 1 1 1 This doctor schedules too many patient appointments, so you end up waiting one and a half hours passed your appointment time to see him. If you're lucky, he'll spend 3 minutes with you. Terrible manners.  Respond

08/06/09 1 1 2 2 I went to Dr Langley for help, I was tired of feeling ugly with my acne, and my face hurt to touch places. I tired different pills, but when I went for laser treatment, sudden it broke that week. Well I thought I should be one of the first to receieve treatment when it was fixed, but 2 yrs later Im still waiting. He has too many patients and the staff is always talking, I seem to be a bother when I check in for a appointment. My face is better but not fr the treatment I have receieved fr this man.  Respond

18/10/08 2 1 1 1 Dr. Langley was extremely unprofessional & unhelpful.I was the first appointment of the day (at 9 am) and he did not even arrive at the office until 10:10 am.He made no apology or excuse for his lateness.I am a doctor myself & by 10 am I had to decide to cancel my morning of patients because I had no idea when he was going to arrive!Once I was in the office he was more interested in talking about my practice than about the concerns that brought me in.Once we did focus on the referral concerns he minimized the issues & told me I should look on the web for pictures of the same condition & then I would feel really silly for being bothered by my own symptoms! He also was extremely impatient with me when I tried to ask questions. He literally kept getting out of his chair & heading to the door. When I told my office staff about the bad experience I had they said "Let me guess - you saw Dr. Langley" It turns out they had all had very negative experiences with him too.  Respond

25/06/08 5 4 5 5 Dr. Langley in my opinion is a very great guy. Moving from another province, he was quick to see both of my kids with skin problems. Dr. Langley was quick to help us, and offer my daughter the help she needed. He has greatly improved my daughters life with the treatments he offered her. He was also very concerned for my daughters over all well being. I don't think I have ever had to wait any more than 15 minutes to see him. He is great. I'm glad that we were able to have him as our kids dermatologist.  Respond

19/03/07 3 1 1 I am sorry to say the i did not find Dr. Langley the best . I went to him hoping he could help my skin problem. Not only did he not even do an exam of my skin he prescribed me medicine and told me he had a clinical trial going on he wanted me to try. How he came to this is beyond me when he never even looked at my skin. One has to wonder!!!! Not a very good DR. he did not even care enough to look!!  Respond

08/02/07 5 5 5 Dr Langley is a very knowledgable dermatologist. Had it not been for his practiced eye and deft hand I may not be in the good health that I am today. He had been asked to look at some moles that had showed up in various areas of my body and immediately found one of great concern. As it turns out it was a malignant melanoma which was immediately excised before it could take full root and likely destroy any chance of my survival over the next couple of years. He was very approachable and quite compassionate in his approach to this delicate situation.  Respond
