We were referred to Dr Carcamo as my son's endocrinologist, and of all the doctor's we've seen, Dr. Carcamo was by far the most thorough and personable. He spent so much time with us explaining things, even going to far as to look things up in a book to help us understand. We were both thoroughly impressed, and I highly recommend him.

Dr. CARCAMO has been the doctor for my kids for almost 14 years. He was a good dr back in his days. Now I feel he suffers from dementia. He seems very confused. Doesn't listen to his patients. Has Hey very well rehearsed routine. If you give him too much information he can't remember. Is office staff is absolutely horrible. His office is filthy now. And yes his soap is watered down if he washed his hands. I have now after 14 years switched pediatricians. I would never go back. Please for your children's sake do not go to this doctor, he is not well. THIS PERSON CALLED IT TO THE T. PLEASE PEOPLE FOR YOUR CHILDRENS SAKE FIND A NEW DOCTOR, HE IS NOT WELL. DEMENTIA DEFINITELY. AND I WORK AS A NURSE FOR A LIVING..

He doesn't listen to about my child's personal needs and care. He didn't listen to or answer my questions. He interrupts. He doesn't wash his hands or use soap. The soap is actually watered down. He ignores my concerns. He fails to give me complete and accurate advice. I believe his medical advice is actually based off opinion. I switched all my kids over to him because he was such a good doctor to my baby. Sometime in the six years he has become spaced out. And the receptionist is very rude. The rest of the staff is so helpful, kind and patient. The office is clean, sometimes too warm or too cold. They don't sanitize the beds after the paper is changed, or the scale used to weigh babies, I've seen that done at other doctors I've gone to.

Office staff "Christina" makes prescription errors frequently. One day her mistakes are going to hurt or possibly kill someone. Would not trust Dr. Carcamo's staff with my families health. Usual wait time is 3 -4 hours.

His office is very dirty, he gets very confused, seems to make up his mind no matter what you tell him. Office staff horrible. Think it's time for him to retire. Maybe play some golf.. that is my opinion.

MY 5 KIDS HAVE BEEN PATIENTS OF DR.CARCAMO FOR ALMOST 10 YEAR, HE WAS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR YONGER YEARS, TODAY HE SEAMS VERY CONFUSED AND LOST AND NOT VERY ATTENTIVE, HIS PA'S SEEM TO RUN HIS OFFICE NOW, HE GOES THRU PA'S LIKE HE GOES THRU WATER, I DON'T THINK HE PAYS THEM WELL, HE HAS HAD SOME GOOD ONES AND SHE VERY BAD ONES, YOU WOULD BE LUCY TO SEE DR,CARCAMO, MY BIGEST PROBLEM WITH HIS OFFICE IS: HIS STAFF DO NO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL THEY HAVE VERY BAD ATTITUDE PROBLEMS,AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN AN OFFICE, HIS OFFICE IS VERY VERY DIRTY, WHATS THAT BOTHERS ME THE MOST, WHEN I HAVE HAD AN APT, I HAVE HAD TO WAIT FOR ALMOST 2 HRS TO BE SEEN, HIS OFFICE IS SO FULL THERE IS NO WHERE TO SIT, HE DOES NOT BELEVE IN AIR COND-, KIDS R THROWING UP AND COUGHING ALL OVER MY WELL KIDS, IT IS LIKE BEING IN A COUNTY CLINIC, ENGLISH IS A SECOND LANGUAGE IN HIS OFFICE BY HIS STAFF AND MOST OF HIS PATIENTS..

no good service very bad staff every time i call they put me on hold like for 20 min and then they hang up on me and i have to call back its a very nasty place ..

I too have been with dr Carcamo for 7 yr. I agree the wait is fairly long and full of patiens the teasing being they are worth the wait. The staff is bilingual most being Mexican ao I find it funny that someone says they dont know Spanish! If the drs or PAs can't speak it well they will find a translator. And anytime I forget to call for and appt ahead of time I am seen. I do recomend this dr the staff is kind and they listen to my children, over the years we have developed a friendship my children know them by their names. I too will show photographic proof of the office cleanliness.

I RECENTLY TOOK MY SON TO THIS DR OFFICE. EVERYBODY WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. I DID NOT SEE ANY CARPET THROUGHOUT THE OFFICE SO IM NOT SURE WERE THOSE PICTURES CAME FROM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DR THEY SAW MY CHILD THE SAME DAY FOR A SICK VISIT.
