Very disappointed with communication about procedure to replace him when he retired. Las 2 years staff only said "WE are working on it. I m desperate now to find a new doctor in time for med renewal.

Told me "it's probably nothing to worry about" after I had my first asthma attack, and refused to test my breathing in any way. I started seeing a new doctor shortly after this.

Absolutely incompetent and seems completely uninterested in helping people. Did nothing for my father and didn't even bother to read a full report that I had given to him about the medical symptoms. Don't waste your efforts going to this man, he will not help you with anything

Both family members and I have had negative experiences with him over the years we had him as a family doctor. It eventually got so bad that I switched to a new doctor with remarkably improved care. Strongly recommend looking somewhere else if you can, as the best advice you'll get here is "take Tylenol".

Very grateful to have Dr. Satenstein as our family doctor. His years of experience as a family doctor gives me peace of mind. I do not expect him to know everything, but if explain my concerns, he always follows up with whatever test is needed. It will be difficult to get used to another doctor when he retires in a few years.

Misdiagnosed and ignored my (and my partner's) concerns multiple times.

Doesn't seem to be current with medical knowledge, aside from basic rules of practice. Does not properly diagnose or refer for diagnosis in many cases. Rarely takes medical concerns seriously, and even suggests that I'm "overreacting" before doing any tests to support his claims. Also, very rough when preforming PAP smears, which as any woman knows, are unpleasant enough to begin with. Overall, not a good doctor, in any sense.
