Absolutely amazing doctor. Been going to him for 18 years. He recently prescribed me for anti-depressants and was very helpful explaining what I would feel and how it would help. He was very sincere and apologized for the reason I need this medication. He has always treated me with respect and compassion. I highly recommend

I've been seeing Dr. Foster for 28 years and have always gotten the help I need from him. He takes the time to listen to me and has a wonderful bed-side manner.

Just heard of this site, so looked up my family doc, and thought I would tell my story: seven years ago I came in for a cold, and my 8 year old daughter was with me. After my complaint was dealt with Dr Foster turned to my daughter and started to talk to her (he is great with kids) even though she wasn't his patient. After a minute or less of talking to her he reached out, took her arm, and asked if he could examine her as she had a bit of a rash, and looked pale. Long story short, she had blood work done that day, and was sent to the IWK that evening as her bone marrow was failing. She ended up with a stem cell transplant and has done great since. The paediatricians couldn't believe a GP made the diagnosis, and I am eternally grateful . My daughter is healthy and beautiful!
