After waiting more than 2 years I finally got an appointment with Dr hatcher at her pain clinic for may. I called to confirm my appointment time as I didn't get a reminder text, email or phone call like most specialist do. The girl that answered acted amazed that I thought I had an appointment, I told her my Dr emailed the letter he got from Dr hatchers office. She then asked, incredulously, if I was sure it was an email because they don't email. Everything this person said was said with a scoff or a snicker, her attitude was so blatant you could almost hear her rolling her eyes, leaving me feeling stupid and bothersome. 10 minutes later she called me back, still ignorant, and told me something came up so my appointment, the appointment she was sure I didn't have, from the email she was positive I didn't get, was changed to August. I know they don't care that I took a day off work, I'm sure they think my job isn't near as important as theirs but at present it is all that I keeping a roof over my head. I Waited over 2 years, then from February when I got the appointment to the day before my appointment, which is now changed again. I am not unreasonable. Had someone called and apologized for a mistake being made, with is obviously what happened, and apologized for their mistake I would have still been upset but understood, as we all make mistakes. From reception I got no explanation, no apology and no understanding. I'm wondering if this doctor and the icompetant people she employs understand people living in constant pain have shitty lives to begin with, some of us even question if our lives are worth living like this. It stinks to be in pain every day, all day. If this is the care, understanding and empathy this office provides I think I'm better off not attending. The first thing encounterd in this office is the ridiculous reception. Does the doctor even read any of these reviews?

Absolutely Horrific Doctor -Stay away! This woman told me that abortion was murder. That when I came to her as a scared 18 year od looking for options, that if I got an abortion, I was commiting murder - This specimen should have her license taken away - Reprehensible, deplorable. I wish nothing but bad for her.

Horrible human being. Fairly smart doctor. HORRIBLE human being. I mean, had taken on my whole family as patients (we were also close family friends) and NOTHING was ever kept confidential. Nothing. She is a terrible human who thinks of no one but herself and honestly, I hope she never comes back to this province.

I've been seeing Dr. Hatcher since the early 90's. Since that time my husband switched to her and I've had two children and she is their family doctor. If you are looking for a doctor who will pass you medications withou testing or research then Dr. Hatcher is not for you.....thank God. She is very attentive, professional and caring. Her knowledge base is amazing. The reason that it takes a little longer to see her is because she is in such demand. If you need to see her within a relative short period of time and she is not available, she has other doctors and a Nurse Practitioner on staff who are fantastic. If you don't want to see anyone but Dr. Hatcher and no one else is good enough then you are not that sick and can wait. I don't understand the complaints about her being nasty...I guess you get back what you put out there.

She is a horrible dr, didnt know what drugs she prescribed me i had to tell her that it was the same drug then she made very harmful comments about my social history that have cause me great stress anxiety and hindered all the help i waslooking for, UTTER SLANDER SHE should be ashamed to practice after what she did to my family dont trust her she is very sneaky and ask for ALL copiesin your file she what she REALLY says about you. she sent mean apology NOT TO BE RELEASED TO ANYONE espicially the press she said she knows she is a fraud

Dr Hatcher is caring, professional, always apologises to me if I've had to wait, and is the best doctor I have ever had. She has supported me when other doctors have not. I'm the type of patient who doesn't like things glossed over and she does not hesitate to tell me exactly what's going on and why she is prescribing treatments she is. I realise that sometimes it's hard to get an appointment, but I live outside Town now and her receptionists ALWAYS try to accommodate me. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Hatcher.

First off, Dr. Hatcher is not a pill pusher as some of you say!!! I've been seeing Dr. Hatcher for years now and I'm lucky to get an advil off of her! I was never one for doctors growning up but I am very comfortable with Dr. Hatcher and I would agree that it is hard to get in to see her and it sometimes takes weeks but I have found her to be very helpful and knowledgable.

I have been seeing Dr. Hatcher now for at least ten years . Thank God for Dr. Hatcher as she stood by me for years doing everything far and beyond her call of duty .She was determined to find out why a healthy young woman got so sick seemingly without cause .She has found several medical problems with me and I am been treated for them by her .And yet there may be more so she hasen't stopped there .She will send me to any specialist she feels that could help or even if it's just myself who wants to be referred she has absolutely no problem with the referral .Personnally I feel I would not be here today if not for her. .I would recommend Dr. Hatcher to anyone in the world except she is so good she's unable to take on any new patients as she would not be able to give them her "all" and that's what she does .I am very grateful to have her as my Family Dr. and hope that she will always have me as her patient ...Very caring, considerate, understanding and most of all has a heart !!!!!!

You can NEVER get to see her. Their phone system is the WORST. You can spend an hour just trying to get to talk to a receptionist, only to be told Dr. Hatcher is not working today and you cannot get an appointment for two weeks. It is very frustrating and pathetic. I usually end up having to find another dr to see eventhough I supposedly have a family doctor. She has been my family dr for 10 years. The office supposedly opened at 9 this morning. It is now 9:10 and the message on the machine says the office is closed.

I fell Dr Hatcher is not what this community needs, I know that she gives out alot of NARCOTICS. to her paitents, so yes the paitents that do see here are going to say great things and you can bet my comment will be attacked because they wont beable to fing their OXYCONTIN'S elswhere, well i'm sure they will ,doctors referal always helps....to end i feel we need mo natural cures and no PILL PUSHER'S.
