I paid a large amount for eyelid surgery, but Dr. Neufeld and his staff showed no care or follow-up. My eyes looked worse after the surgery, and they didn't seem to care about the results. Think twice before choosing this doctor—he and his team don’t prioritize patients.

3 procedures: ptosis surgery, blepharoplasty, laser skin resurfacing. Asymmetrical eyelids, eyelids that wouldn't close, severe infection and large scar (from correction done in exam room instead of under sterile conditions of surgical suite), facial scaring. All required expensive, painful followup surgery and treatment.

upper/lower blepharoplasty was botched. needed to have it corrected by another doctor

before eyelid surgery he stated 2 wk recovery; after surgery you are on your own! He stated I needed full face laser for color consistency-no true! Results of surgery 50% hair loss, 4 months recover from facial burns- horrible!

Bad Results for upper eye lid surgery after two surgeries. Eyes asymmetric and one up one down.. Doc doesn't feel the need to explain. I ask questions and feel that he wonders why I want to know. Now I have to live with this.. What a waste of time, money, nerves..

Dr. Neufeld was very professional and knowledgeable about the procedure that I had done. He is truly a skilled and gifted surgeon. I cannot speak highly enough about him or his practice. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. Dr. Neufeld is amazing!
