He gets up and walk out the room angrily stating it’s nothing I can do for you then I will prescribe you some anti inflammatory medicine, physical therapy for 6 weeks and see you in 5 weeks he did not answer any of my questions or concerns I literally left there in tears as I am scheduling with his assistant for my follow up and explaining the level of care I received only for her to agree and say it’s nothing he can do if you have any pain before the 5 weeks give us a call to schedule an earlier appointment. Pushing forward the medicine he prescribed was not working I called their office to let them know which his assistant Jordan is very professional she contacted the doctor and returned my call saying that Dr. Halperin wants to prescribe me tramadol which is a narcotic , I get the prescription take it as prescribed and starts to vomit feel sick and start to get depressed and still was in pain I called the office back and informed them Jordan said I will let the Dr know he is in clinical today but I will give you a call back which she did stating that the dr said discontinue taking them go back to the first medication or over the counter it’s nothing else he can prescribe he wants to see you back a week earlier then your schedule appointment . This was the last draw I had to go back thinking that the visit would be better than before well boy was I wrong when he entered my room his first words was yeah from the last visit you had I can’t treat you tell me what happened again as I proceed to talk he interrupts me saying stand up pressing firmly on my shoulder and clavicle bone and telling me to tell him which one hurts worst I said when you push on my clavicle bone I feel a pain shooting down my arm and when you push on my shoulder I feel a pain only in that spot he then ask me to raise my arm I said this is where I can lift it comfortably with some pains he then grabs my arm lifting it all the way up causing me to have a sharp pin going down my arm I’m asking him to stop he keeps going and says here’s the problem I can’t do nothing for you I’m not putting any work restrictions your fine which is a bold face lie and walks right out if your not getting a injection from him he will give you the worst treatment ever. Not to mention the patient before me had a wonderful experience because she received the injection the patient across the hall from me with the cyst was scared for how he came off but was in too much pain so allowed him to do the procedure ( HIPPA VIOLATION ) that’s how loud and rude he was talking. It’s sad because when you on workers comp the discriminate against you and your injury only to have your case closed and injury still exists.
