Go to her if you would like someone to verbally berate you every time you have the misfortune of interacting. Oh and if you want someone to make you feel like you are on the verge of death despite all medical evidence, Dr T is your girl! She's got the bedside manner of a jackhammer and half the people skills of one. Dr T, if you read this, shame on you. I hope you reconsider quite a few things about yourself- starting with your profession.

I started attending this office in downtown Orlando off of Magnolia street and all the staff members are very friendly besides the lady at the front desk that sits on the left. Not sure of her name, but she's very unhappy with life and working there. All the staff members are upbeat, funny, very informative, down to earth and answered all my questions. Dr. Thatcher was very upbeat, she listened to call my concerns and took care of them and answered them right away. Dr. Snow was very kind, friendly and very informative. I'm really enjoying my visits so far I just wished they had a better admin at the front desk (lady that sits in the front desk on the left side only).

Dr. Thatcher is very kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions. I feel very comfortable with her. I definitely recommend her.

Avoid this doctor, and this practice! Held me in the hospital for a week AGAINST MY WILL. Would not give me permission to leave. Ordered unnecessary tests in order to pad the bill.

Dr. Thatcher is an amazing doctor.She's patient,reassuring, knowledgeable,-really listens to her patients.Her practice is extremely busy which can make setting appts difficult but as someone who has NEVER felt comfortable going to the doctor, feeling comfortable and seeing Dr. Thatcher was worth it. Dr. Snow is also really great. He ended up delivering my baby and I felt completely safe & confident. The only issue I have is with the midwife on staff, Sarah Jones. She seemed friendly in the office but once I was in labor in the hospital she was impatient, uncaring, & the word that rhymes with witch.She was onsite at the hospital & wouldn't even come into the triage area to evaluate me herself before denying my admittance BY PHONE and telling me it was false labor. Less than an hour later I was back at the hospital &being rushed to delivery/labor. Yes, it was false labor -that produces a baby :|.When she later came in &made her rounds she didn't even apologize for dismissing my concerns

I was early for my apt and the doctor was about 40 mins late. When I first met her she seemed nice..then a few minutes later she seemed eager to brush me off. Not impressed with her..but then again most drs in Orlando are terrible.

She only cares about money, and she's not competent enough to deal with high risk pregnancies. She likes the easy way out! Makes you wonder why drs swear an oath when they qualify, when this one in particular is the most unhelpful dr I heard of.

Dr. Thatcher is highly recommended in mine and my husbands books. She is the most down to earth, sweet, caring doctor I could have ever imagined to deliver our first son Cade. We have recently moved out of state and I myself am now a Labor and Delivery nurse, I have been looking for someone with all the same qualities of Dr. Thatcher in the dr's I'm working side by side with before I decide on my next OB. I highly recommend you go with her and she will make you feel extremely comfortable and know that your child is in good hands :) The staff at this office is also wonderful :)

I have seen Dr. T for about 3 years. She is very kind but is obviously overworked and has more patients that she can handle. The practice as a whole has way too many patients and doctors are stretched too thin. Her new nurse, Diane, is an airhead and has no clue about anything, gave me wrong information. Front desk staff is rude, I called to talk to Dr. T and they would only let me speak with a nurse. Also when I lost my work badge there, the front desk staff refused to look for it and refused to give anyone else the message to look for it, basically said "too bad".

Dr. Thatcher & team, especially Shannon are exceptional! They are very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them & they made the birth of our 1st son possible.
