Poor attending, shouldn’t work with trainees, sets a poor example

Very knowledgeable but very “scientific” and impersonal - does little to make one comfortable. Staff is great with the exception of the receptionist who seems to feel put upon when a patient enters!

I have been a patient since 1992, alive and healthy Over the years I have found her to be interesting, kind, compassionate , informed. Being positive for over 30 years I owe part of that to Dr Rachlis and her team of professionals. Remarkable women and I have no regrets that my care over this many years have been in the hands of this women and staff

May God bless that she taking care of all patients like me with hiv , been treating me last 14 years , I m feeling good and still alive , I proudly say I m in good hand. She not only doing her job but serving the humanity as well.

Great Staff very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable

I have been her patient since 2006. She's the only specialist I've known. My record with her was interrupted for about 2 years when I moved away for school and had to transfer my care locally. But when it came to deciding who to go to when I moved back to the city, there was no question: I went back to her care. She is a very knowledgeable and helpful doctor. In making some adjustments with my meds, she made it possible for me to be more mobile, which drastically improved my quality of life. I cannot say enough about how amazing her team is. Everyone of them is great. I feel very grateful to be in such amazing care.

I have been under her care for HIV for nearly 21 years. I have always been treated with dignity and respect. She listens to my concerns, puts me at ease with explicit answers and follows up promptly with referrals or tests where necessary. I wouldn't be here today if not for her. I don't mind that she doesn't smile very much because she is a very busy woman. I get my warm and fuzzies from her nursing staff, all of whom I adore. I have never been disappointed or let down in my care for all of those 21 years.

Not a friendly doctor. Always angry-looking. Place can seem disorganized at times. Secretary doesn't seem to acknowledge when entering the clinic. Could be a friendlier atmosphere.

A good clinician. Charmless, but very competent....................................
