This physician operates a number of hatesites. He espouses uninformed opinion in matters of medicine, conventional or otherwise, that have no basis in fact whatsoever. He actively obstructs ones freedoms and right of choice by creating doubt and suspicion when there are grounds for none. He is a hateful little man who chooses ignorance and myopathy over research and investigation. One would likely get better medical care from a gas station attendant than this "man?".

lets start with the poor service of his secretaries , which keep you holding on the line every single time you call , he is not a resident of London which makes it hard for a patient to see him only on Wednesday if that on winter stormy days , he does not ask question nor he is concerned about your problem he solves all issues in 5 min time by prescribing meds which at times don't help at all , everyone knows that every problem has a root unless you find the cause of it how would you be able to solve it that's all i have to say the rest is up to you to decide.

i went and saw Dr Polevoy about an acne problem that I had. He was very nice, although I do not think that he treated me properly. He never properly diagnosed my problem and fed me antibiotic after antibiotic. After going back and telling him that it was not working, he would just prescribe me another antibiotic. Then, he gave me some cream to put on, but it only made things worse but he kept telling me to use it, which I did because he was the doctor and suppose to tell me the right thing to do, but it never worked. I also asked to add another med in and he said sure, which only made things more worse and then I read that these should never be used together.... I don't think he cared about my problem properly. Never did blood tests.....I will never go back to this doctor. Not happy with him at all!!

I went to see Dr. Polevoy when I was a teen for a minor acne concern. He helped me then and he helped me when I went to see him again a few months ago. He had a friendly demeanor and was not irritated when I admitted my concern for minor acne was merely superficial. His course of treatment worked, he was right on time for my appt and I would recommend him to anyone.

I went to see Dr Polevoy for help with a stubborn acne problem while he was working at the acne clinic in Kitchener, ON. Dr Polevoy offered a very objective point of view and course of action regarding my treatment. At the same time, he was very open to listening to my concerns over certain prescription meds & offered his point of view from the stance of a professional. I visited him numerous times over a six month period and always found him very attentive to my situation. He put me on a progressive and appropriate treatment that with time cleared up my acne. He carefully charted my progress during every visit and monitored any side effects through blood testing. He was detailed and showed great ambition in treating my problem. I appreciate the service he gave me and it is thanks to him that I no longer have this problem which caused serious detriment not just to my skin...but to my security and self esteem as a whole.

This person has recently lost a court case in California. Here's the headline: Court Orders Quackbusters Barrett and Polevoy to Post $433,715.93 Bond.....You can find more about this at: http://www.bolenreport.net/ If you look at Polevoy's website you can see that he spends a lot of his time attacking people who give people choices for their health and healing.

Dr. Polevoy is a compassionate doctor who cares a great deal about the welfare of not just his own patients, but of all people who, for whatever reason, might be tempted - perhaps as a last resort - to engage unqualified pseudo-medics who SELL unscientific, profit-driven, often dangerous, "cures" that simply do not work. He is not against responsible complementary treatments that supplement sound medical practice. He is against frauds who rip people off and possibly kill them in the process. Instead of being upset about Dr. Polevoy's websites, we should be applauding him for taking the risks he does to expose charletans who don't give a hoot about our health but who are very, very interested in their bottom lines. Dr. Polevoy is doing what we all should do - speaking out for the interests of the gullible and the fragile.

My son has been seeing him for approx., 8 months. He is very professional and down to earth. One of the doctors that doesn't seem to rush you out, and seems to care about acne. He tries to eliminate acne and the embarrassment it can cause to young teenagers today! My son "says he wishes he was his normal doc., and not just for acne." his face is 100% better than it has been at his reg., doc's. His other doc., tried for 2 1/2 years before me finding out about him. You don't even need a referal.

In agree. I brought in my 11 year old who is suffering from acne. She got in to see him in two days, we waited less than 5 minutes and he was able to relate to my daughter. He recommended a therapy that has scientific evidence. Time will tell.

Runs a very unprofessional web site attacking natural health care practitioners of every stripe including medical doctors and chiropractors in good standing, completely ignoring or belittling the well documented health benefits of many natural remedies. Totally biased, unscientific and best ignored.
