Dr. Jumper and his PA are very caring, but most of the office staff are rude. It's sad, because I really enjoyed going there when the practice first started. What happened? Who is doing your hiring and billing? When you take the time to go in and bring billing errors to their attention, which they agree are errors.... It does not get corrected!

This office used to be a good doctors office to go to but within the past year with the change of staff I do not feel comfortable going to the doctors office. I used to see Dr.jumper every time I went now every time I go I see the assistant. I have a monthly prescription that I must go to the office for, it shouldn't take till the next day to be able to pick up a piece of paper. Over all I am unhappy with what has happened with this office and will be going elsewhere.

Dr Jumper is very thorough and compassionate even about the most sensitive issues. However, his staff his highly incompetent. They do not follow through with his orders or return phone calls as promised.

Boiling Springs Family Medicine has to be possibly the worst Primary Care & Family Facility that you can go to. You never see the doctor when you have an appointment ( even if it is a serious illness ). You always deal with the physician's assistant. They do very little testing and are very unprofessional as a whole. When you never are treated by the doctor who's name is on the practice it is definitely a bad thing. They have one doctor & a physicians assistant ( That's it ). You will never see the doctor ( he is probably golfing. The office staff are very unprofessional, often very rude on the phone, an display no empathy for the patients. Most should work in a field with no contact with the public. Spare your self getting misdiagnosed, mistreated, & never see the doctor. Understaffed, unprofessional, inexperienced, & rude. Spare yourself, your health, & aggravation find a practice that is more professional and has more than one doctor who is only ready for photo opps..
