went to him because my mom had a great experience with her knee surgery so I want him to do my knee replacement as well. I was told the day of my visit that Nilsa the surgery scheduler would call me and did not. I have called the office left a message for over a week and no call back to schedule my surgery...should I be concerned ? cant imagine if I needed the office for something after my surgery. has anyone had this problem as well...any advice this is my first surgery ever.

Through the years I have found Dr.Kapp and his staff to be highly skilled,caring,through and warm,each of my needed five surgeries resulted in complete correction.I am glad that I took the advice of the five people who recommended Dr. Kapp.
