The staff is nice and professional and punctual. They are very helpful and knowledgeable

My old crown fell, and went to have it re-cemented, but was told I had a tiny cavity and needed to order a new crown due to build-up adjustment. Technician cleaned out cavity, but damaged tooth nerve, which then lead for a need to have a root canal following week. Dentist installed new crown, but kept experiencing pain and discomfort and was told by another dentist that crown was not done right, so I returned to Dr Ramirez and a new crown was ordered and installed. Eight month (third time around), still having issues with same crown and was told by another dentist once again, that crown was not done right and needs to be replaced. Bottom Line: dentist didn't get it right three times and Technician didn't get it right either and damaged nerve, when it was fine prior to her messing with it. Very Dissapointed and do not recommend this dentist.

Doesn't seem to consider you his patient. Doesn't call you by name or even talk to you. He should learn that without bad teeth he would be out of business. Seems to judge you and your care.

Everything that I needed done..He could not do.all that came out of his mouth was I can't do that or he would very rudly tellme how am I supposed to fix anything if you can't even keep your mouth open long enough.I went in for a broken tooth. which he refused to fix.He sent me to another dentist. When i got there Dr Ramirez hadn't even comunicated with the other Dr to see what it was that he had sent me for .. So i paid $100.00 For nothing as nothing was done for me.Took my money and didn't fix anything for me.used up all of my dental insurance benefit and left my mouth the . I even caught him making fun of me with his staff.. I would not recommend him to anyone. As you can tell he thinks he is above everyone else in the world..Very Bad patient manners...
