DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!! He did not follow even the most basic of hygiene procedures by neglecting to wear gloves during the procedure. When I confronted him on it, he denied it at first and then agreed that he was guilty of not wearing gloves. His assistant did the same. He was rude and arrogant and did one cavity more than he originally told me that I had. He also seemed put out that I did not opt for a more expensive type of crown. His office pushes services and honestly, I feel that he is a dishonest and unreliable man in terms of following the ethics of his profession. I have to go to him to get my crown completed but I really wish I did not.

I love Dr Richman!! His front Desk girl "J" is a complete RUDE, HATEFUL AND INTIMADATING GIRL. I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to office in Atlanta from Monroe. As of today dealing with his front desk girl, I will not be going back. Have spent thousands in his office.

Don't go to this guy!! He's arrogant and not trustworthy. He told me I had 9 cavities (which was a surprise to me because before that I had none) and even gave me the machine that detects cavities and told me if the reading was above 20, it was a cavity that needed to be filled. The fees were outrageous and since I didn't have insurance, I decided to fly up to NJ to have my brother-in-law (who is a dentist) look at my teeth instead. Turns out, I only had 2 cavities and the reading has to be above 40 to require a filling! I couldn't believe Dr. Richman tried to get me to have fillings when I didn't need them and charge me over $1000! Since then, my brother in law has filled my 2 cavities free of charge (the plane ticket to NJ was cheaper than getting my cavities filled by Dr. Richman), and my teeth have been doing fine.

BIG JERK! Bedside mannor the pits. I went to him because he was on my dental plan. Four caps later, after two fell out, I will never go there again. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!
