very kind , dr. fulton treated my daughter when she was 6 up until she was 17. he was attentive and helpful and reassuring . excellent human being and doctor .

My son had a heart condition. Dr. Fulton was wonderful. He knew exactly what he was doing and had a diagnosis almost immediately. The condition was corrected and my son is now healthy. A credit to his profession.
