My kids and I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Edwards as our family doctor for the last 12 years!! I am beyond devastated that this amazing doctor is retiring!! She is the most caring, compassionate, sympathetic family doctor that we have had the privilege of knowing. I never felt rushed and always felt that my issues were being heard and looked at. My kids all loved going to see her too!! She will definitely be hard to replace!! We wish her all the best in her next journey and are devastated to have to try and find someone as wonderful as she was. All the best to you and your family Susan Edwards!! I am beyond devastated that Dr Edwards had to leave her practice with no replacement. She is so kind, so compassionate, so caring and wonderful. I can't believe what a loss this is. I wish her the best but she will be hugely missed.

I absolutely LOVE having Dr. Edwards as our family doctor!! She is amazing, compassionate and genuinely cares for her patients. I have never felt overlooked or rushed. She takes the time to hear my concerns and is very caring and knowledgeable in her approach!! She is by far the best doctor my kids and I have had and I feel very fortunate to have such a fantastic doctor!! The staff in her office leave a lot to be desired but I never mind waiting as I know she gives each and every patient her full time and attention. She has been very caring and provided great counseling and advice when I have discussed very personal issues. She never rushes her patients and we feel very lucky to have gotten such an amazing GP when our former Dr. Retired. :)

Dr Edwards is fantastic and compassionate. I feel very lucky to have her as our family doctor. The staff in her office do not do her practice justice. They are rude and not pleasant. I had to wait for almost two hours for an appointment, and while I don't blame the doctor as I know things happen, her staff did not respond to my questions about how much longer I would have to wait in a professional manner. Unfortunate, but Dr Edwards herself is really fantastic.

I love her. Best doctor ever, no question. She takes time with all her patients and really cares about them.

One of the most caring doctors I have ever had. Helpful thorough and knowledgeable. Does not over medicate and gets you to the right person if something more needed.

Love love love her and don't mind the wait as she gives the best care to every patient. I just wish the staff were more helpful and friendly.

My son-in-law needed forms for disability insurance to be filled in and filed within a 3 month period. She failed to do them and he had to wait a further 3 months (he has a wife and 2 young children to support). My husband and I have had wait times from 40 -90 minutes (our previous Dr. who has now retired, would have you in on time, if not ahead of schedule, my time is just as important and I don't appreciate the waiting), takes 3 weeks to get an appointment, which I find extremely long when your sick. Better scheduling is in order. She offers to fax prescriptions to your pharmacy, but usually takes at least 3 days (this may be staff) but it's not good when your out of them, also seems to forget to order some that she says she will. Nice lady, staff is terrible, waiting room makes me feel uncomfortable. I've not been pleased so far, expected more, I think we were spoiled with our previous Dr.

I love Dr. Edwards, who has been caring for me off and on for the last 4 or 5 years, when my regular GP was approaching retirement. She is sympathetic, knowledgeable, takes time to listen and gives helpful realistic advice. Her counselling visits with me have been better than those I had with either a psychiatrist or a psychologist and left me feeling better than when I came in. Unfortunately, the move to Doctor's Medical Clinic has been a disaster through no fault of Dr. Edwards. Office staff are disorganized, were not able to book my appointment for almost 3 months because they had not set up their computer with patient files for Dr. Edwards from August until the end of October. As a result, I missed 3 regular monthly follow ups and ran out of medications.They do not provide a reminder call, so I unfortunately missed my appointment one time. I had asked them to remind me as memory is one of my medical problems and, even when the appointment was written on my calendar. However, the staff attitude when I called to re-book the appointment was critical and made me feel like they thought I was a bad patient . Another time I lost a lab form and asked them to fax it directly to the lab, but when I went to the lab a week later, the office had not done so. I am not sure what one can do about this, but I will mention it to Dr. Edwards on my next visit. As family Doctor, I can recommend her highly.

Dr. Susan is a great family GP. My last doctor retired and Susan took me on as a patient, which I can honestly say that I am blessed. She understands my illness as she herself has been through similar. She doesn't Rush paitents out the door, which is way she is late for appointments. You could ask for a better GP.
