He did my hand surgery but as a result I also got frozen shoulder. He wouldn't acknowledge it, simply dismissed it and moved forward. I had to seek another doctor for treatment. In addition to that my hand never did get better under his care. Arrogant and demeaning. I had hoped for better outcome but went to CCF for further treatment.

This Dr is so rude and unprofessional. He treated me and my wife terrible. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He told me there was something wrong with my hand for 2 months then forgot what he said and got mad when we corrected him and stormed out of the room like a child taking his ball away leaving me with a hand that needs surgery. WOW

Both Dr Ciaccia and his staff were very rude and abrupt. They don't care to listen at all. Told me and my son his hand wasn't broken. Told him to rest it and he would be ok. I requested an MRI. And you guessed it, it is broken. The lack of caring and attention to a person's concern is enough for me not to recommend this practice to anyone.

I used to work at this practice and he is an awesome doctor and the MA's are trained well some of the people that comment on this just want pain meds and have never worked in the medical field . The office is ran by the hospital and if you can's make an appt it is due to the high volume of patients this office receives. Oh and FYI you get a xray after you are wrapped to make sure the bones are still in place.

The doctor is great but the staff does not have the ability to listen to clients. Xray attempts made twice when one was not needed. If we were not educated unnecessary expenses would have occurred; brought the xray necessary for the apt.An attempt to get an xray prior to the doctor even seeing the patient was very distasteful but trying to get an xray after the doctor had bandaged the site was even more distasteful.Required employment papers were provided-were told they would be completed while we waited; asked for them to be faxed but they did not. Several days later and still no papers as REQUIRED by employer.Told they were faxed then told they were not complete then told they would be completed then told the doctor was out - well which one is it.Staff is unprofessional, poorly educated-don't plan on seeing a nurse these are vo-tech MA's who obviously do not care if they are rude, use dirty practice with dirty equipment and try to push unnecessary services onto clients. BE WARE!
