I took my daughter to see Dr. Malini because she was referred for ADHD. Our appointment was at 3:30 but we were not seen until an hour later. For the last 20 minutes of the hour wait, each time the door that leads to the doctor's offices opened, I could Dr. Malani in her office, with her door open, sitting at her desk reading the newspaper. After watching her read for 20 minutes, I asked the receptionist at the front desk how much longer the wait would be. I was told she was still with a patient. That is when I informed her that I had been watching Dr. Malani read the newspaper for 20 minutes. The receptionist quickly disappeared and then returned. The door was immediately opened and my daughter's name was called!
