We had an amazing experience with the office and set up- it looks brand new and nice.Dr Bhandary is knowledgeable and compassionate. Office is upfront in letting us know about deductibles and our responsibilities. Health care is changing and high deductibles are making physician office and staff stretching thin- we want our doctors to stay in Maryland - and adapt to the changes. Their EMR and messaging system are great. I was in the military and was returning after a long hiatus.The doctor and staff recognized me and my family and made us comfortable. Overall i am glad to be back and we would trade our VA benefits anytime for this great practice and doctor .

Didn't seem uncomfortable or rushed talking about personal life and stressors. Asked questions that encouraged this type of discussion, which lots of doctors don't.
