From my first phone call for my initial consultation, through every pre-op appt to every post-op appt, Dr. Diaco was wonderful and his staff is always polite, friendly and professional. I had wanted breast implants for over 10yrs and I now FINALLY have beautiful and natural looking breasts! I had very little swelling, no drains and very little bruising, if any at all. Dr. Diaco is truly an artist and I am forever indebted to him and his staff! They are amazing!! | Respond |

I have been very happy with the results and I'm only 4 weeks out from surgery. I think his surgeon skill are amazing, for someone who scars badly my scarring is very minimal. I love the staff at the office, Megan is always in a good mood and Wendy was a god send after my surgery! I would certainly recommend Dr. Diaco to anyone looking for a talented plastic surgeon! | Respond |

TUMMY TUCK DID NOT WORK! Went to Diaco for tummy tuck after 3 kids- did tummy & breast aug together to save on hospital fees. Paid $13,000 total. Breast aug was fine, but tummy was terrible! He did a mini since I didn't have much fat (just lots of skin). Still had excess skin after procedure- he cut out & removed more skin in his office, to save me another hospital fee, but was a horrible experience & he sewed me up carelessly. More than 1 year later I have a noticeable scar, 2 puffy scar marks from drainage tubes & stomach is still completely wrinkled! He acknowledged I might need a full tummy tuck one day. After I complained that I'd paid thousands and still not happy, he offered Thermage, but I have to pay $1000 out of pocket! Worst of all, when I spoke with Wendy, the office manager, very unhappy, she had the nerve to tell me over and over that my procedure had been a success. But I'M NOT HAPPY- HOW IS THAT SUCCESS? Still hiding behind one-pieces 2 yrs after surgery- BE WARNED!

3/4/12 | 5 | 5 | 1 | 1 | Dr.Diaco was a good surgeon years ago, but I personally think he is a bad surgeon now.I had many complications with my BA from the beginning he waited till the last minute to remove my implants so i was left with an indent and bad scars. I did not even have my implants longer than 6 months I have had friends who when to him with similar problems. I had one breast higher up and more of a shape of an oval rather than round which so does 3 of my friends who went to him his breast implants sit up to high and they do not seem to fill the bottom well not making thelook to good which a part of it is because he goes through the armpit. He also charges much higher than other surgeons. I lost thousands of dollars to him charged 1300 to take out my breast implants and over 3 grand to have them put back in. I am going to another surgeon def not going back to him. Very bad bedside manner I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO NO ONE you can find a much more caring surgeon for a better price and good results! | Respond |

8/4/11 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | Dr Diaco's office gave me an appointment for which the doctor told me "I never take appointments like this, they should have refered you to someone else. I dont know why they sceduled you" . He said this AFTER he examined me without clothes on ! Creepy as hell, I left very confused and feeling like I not only wasted my time, but I felt misled (I figured he could help since I was told to remove my clothes) and like a science project. He didnt have to examine another doctor's work "out of curiosity" when he said he had no intention (because he stated he did not have the experience) of helping me. How do you NOT feel like a victim after that? He may have experience with people who do NOT have health problems, but if you find out you do and you are his patient, he will refer you out. He does not have the experience to handle issues that arise.Dont feel bad if he doesnt accept your surgery,he only accepts the easiest of cases. | Respond |

I had my breast augmentation, week after my consult, and I knew he was the one. I had 2 other PS consults and they did not match up to Dr. Diaco.Dr. Diaco staff- all the women were sooo sweet and helpful. NOT RUDE nor cocky as what some had described here, totally the opposite. Husband came with me and thought the same way, as compared to another Plastic Surg. that we have consulted with. He was very friendly and came across very knowledgeable. Others have said he is a perfectionist and takes pride on his art work, one of the reasons why we travelled to see him. One side of mine didn't drop as far and for an entire year he did his best to correct it. He would re do the one side and only charge anthesia and surgery room, I am waiting and doing them both with silicone I had saline I was 49 when He did them. I would highly reccomend him and his staff the women are kind and professionl I never ever had long waits and I went there for a yeAR SOMETIMES WEEKLY THEN BI WEEKLY ! I love Dr Diaco.. he does go a little fast in appts but he is good at what he does. If you need someone to baby you dont go to him.. if you want someone who does awesome work i highly reccommend him.

7/17/09 | 5 | 5 | 4 | 5 | I just had a breast augmentation done recently, and I am happy with the results. I wish they were a little bigger, but according to dr. Diaco I couldn`t go any bigger because my skin was too tight. He knows what he is doing. He is indeed very unpersonal, which I thought was annoying. I barely got a polite 'how are you' from him. Thereby, he doesn`t tell you what to expect after surgery. I wasn`t told for example that he uses JP-drains in both breasts, I didn`t even know what that was. Plus, he performed a liposuction in one breast, and he didn`t tell me how that was done either (through the nipple). My own fault, I should have asked, but he is rushing in/out of the examrooms, one patient after another. So I almost felt that I was a burden, for having questions. But it`s al about results at the end, and I am happy. The nurses are very nice. When you call the office, you actually get a human-being one the phone, and calls are answered quikly. I was a 34AA cup and we had discusssed a 34C, I found him extremely friendly,and he does not pressure. after my first visit he told to think it out, and come back in a week.Had surgery in 2006, I left all the decisions up to him the day of the surgery. which i'm glad i did he changed his mind during surgery and went from a c cup to a D because of my rib cage size.And I LOVE THEM.They not only look natural i have no visabel scarring, and I now look well perportioned. I got married a year later and wore a beautiful low cut gown. which not only looked great but was the first time anyone realized.I have all the confidence I need now i'm 44 and i have a better shape now than before i had my children in my 20's i have sent several girls and they all to are very happy.he is a perfectionist and you are in the best hands with him. | Respond |

I went back to him for a nose job and he refused because he said there was nothing wrong with my nose. How many surgeons would do that? He could have easily taken my money. You have to make sure you ask all the questions because he's usually moving pretty fast but he will not dissapoint you with his work. It is truly flawless. BUT, I agree, Dr. Diaco does have a pretty poor bed side manner. When in his office he would never even give me a chance to ask any questions before he ran out the door to the next patient. He never explained anything to me (good thing for google)! because I had to do all my research on what to except online. Even so, I would not have picked a different doctor. I know he did what exactly he thought would be perfect for my body and I think he knew what was best for me and it basically seemed like he didn’t care to hear my opinion (which after seeing the results I’m just glad I let him do what he wanted to do). I would highly recommend him for a boob aug. because his work is flawless, just don't expect any talk time. I had no idea that this site even was around...was searching Dr. D for pics of a tummy tuck. He did my breast and let me tell you they are GREAT! I have had them now for aprox 3 years. He is a good Dr. and he is there to be your Dr....not your new best friend. I have reffered several of my friends to him and they have all been happy with the results. I will be heading to see him soon in looking into a tummy tuck or lipo. He is GREAT at was he does and in my opinion he BEST in the state.

Not the chattiest doctor, but knows his stuff and the results are good. He has a tendency to make them too big, so be a little careful. But, they look great and I have no scarring.

He asked my opinion in terms of size and encouraged me to bring in pictures that were to big, to small and just right. He wanted to ensure that he and I were on the same page as far as my outcome for surgery. And that is exactly what I got. My dream breasts. I would recommend him to anyone. I know that people fly in from all over the globe just to have work done by him. He is that gifted and a gorgeous man I might add. | Respond |

They look natural and people do not know that I have had the surgery. Also, I have to say that the price I was quoted was for one implant by his staff but was told incorrectly that it was the total. Dr. Diaco honored the price quoted so therefore my cost were half the normal cost. He is to the point but not to the point that I would say he was rude. He is a plastic surgeon, not a family doctor and if he shot the breeze with everyone as if he was, there would probably be more complaints of waiting longer, etc. He is young (in his early 40's)and is a nice looking man...not a bad doctor to wake up to... | Respond |

I am a grown woman and do not need to be "babied" during a doctors visit especially when it was for something cosmetic that I was making the choice to have done. I appreciated his honesty and his straight forwardness. He is a physician and a very popular one at that therefore he doesn't have time to sit and BS with patients..he tells it how he sees it. He answered all my questions and after surgery- Dr. Diaco was the first face I saw...and he asked how I was feeling then the nurses took over and I must say the women he has working for him are angels. If he thinks the results your looking for are unrealistic, he will let you know. He is an amazing, gifted surgeon. His work is phenomenal. His breast augmentations are flawless, and he has done over 3500 of them. He may not be very personable towards patients, but he is very talented. I know many of his patients and they are very happy with what he has done for them. He also takes very good care of his patients down the road. If they need any surgery done to the breast (capsule work, exchange, ect) he does not charge the patient and asks that they only pay for the OR. Best Plastic Surgeon in the area. | Respond |

He was there for about 2 minutes and wasn't even very nice. I was able to ask one question before he sent in the woman who would discuss payments. He was rude to my mother, as well, who was asking about possibly getting augmentation for herself. He said to her "Do you smoke?" and she said "yes" and he flat out said "I won't work on you. I don't work on smokers." I just thought it was rude. He didn't even explain to her why he didn't work on smokers. Ugh. And he wanted $10,600 for a lift/implant. Dr. Diaco has a horrible bedside manner. I felt like a number because he never once came into the exam room and greeted me by name. I had a breast augmentation and I told him I wanted a C cup and I am a DD. When I would ask questions he would act annoyed. I would not recommend for to anyone give him your hard earned money. There are better surgeons out there who will show you respect.
