I agree that her staff is miserable and condescending. They act as if they are doing you a favor by letting you in the door, only to languish in the waiting room for a minimum of 45 mins on a good day! Dr. Wu missed some important information in my pregnancy ultrasound years ago. I will never trust or forgive her.

Lousy.. over a one hour and a half wait and counting... staff have a condescending attitude and are as rude as I can imagine.. ..I say it's been an hour and my wife is nauseus .... they are like look yIu see its busy... your next alright... that was 20 minutes ago. They are the worst and blatantly rude obviously not caring at all about their patients. Terrible.

Dr. Wu is a liar.She only wants money,so she keeps scheduling unnecessary appointments without helping to correct my problem.When we told this to her today-she did not deny it.We walked out of her office as she has lied to us too many times.

I'm just posting because on my Indeed account it states she didn't want me, no correction I've been in medical field for over 25 years. . Starting pay $13. Like this is why ppl are homeless (as she and her family live in Marblehead or Sailsbury ) Point is you get employees for the price you pay

I highly recommend Dr. Wu, she is the one who delivered my first baby by emergency C- section. She is very polite and knowledgeable person. She satisfied me for all my pregnancy question and in future I will definitely go for her.

The staff here is great except for one rude receptionist. Dr. Wu is much nicer than Dr. K. The 2 main things that bother me about the practice are that the two doctors often give totally different information which is very confusing, especially when pregnant, and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. In the 2 years I have been going there, I have never waited less than 40 minutes and at times, up to an hour and 45 minutes. One time I called before I left my house to ask how they were running since they are always late and the receptionist acted like I was crazy for even asking and said they were running on time. When I got there I waited 40 minutes.

Both Dr. Wu and Dr. K are good, i loved them both dr.K delivered my first baby dr. wu second, i would recomend them all the time, they know what they are doing. Loveeee melrose wakefield and all the staff there

Dr. Wu has been my gynecologist since I was 20 years old (I'm now 42). She has delivered both of my children - the first, an emergency c-section and the second, an elective c-section (high risk preggo). Simply put, I LOVE Dr. Wu! She is the best OB out there! Every single person I know that sees her loves her. She's very straightforward and holds nothing back. Very helpful and informative and very patient with any questions you have. I can personally HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wu! Her care is awesome! She takes the time with every patient to make sure you understand exactly what is going on and if there is anything you need. Answers every question with patience and understanding.
