01/06/14 5 5 5 5 I was really impressed with this doctor. She answered her phone promptly and was very caring and generous with her information about my tick bite. I cant wait to meet her in person!  Respond

13/01/14 4 5 5 5 Dr. Hubbuch is fantastic! She also will see children with tick borne illness and PANDAS. My child and I have been coming here for years. Email is the best way to get through.her Secretary has a problem with her voice, I think it could be confused for being unhappy. She has been more than kind and helped me with several issues above and beyond.  Respond

30/04/13 4 5 5 5 Dr. Hubbuch listened and read all of the chronology I had prepared. After 12 months of sickness and numerous doctors and exams, she recognized that I obviously have an illness that is probably an infection. She ordered the appropriate tests that other doctors don't even know about or won't perform. I felt that she is interested in helping me to get well, and is in this with me, as a team working to identify what is wrong and correct it. It is difficult to pay out-of-pocket, but worth it if you have grown frustrated with trying to navigate the 'system'.  Respond

28/04/13 1 1 1 1 I don't know where all these positive ratings are coming from. She's one of the rudest, most unprofessional doctors I've ever been to. Even though theres only a few llmd's in mass , i still cannot recommend her. Horrible experience, will not be going back.  Respond

21/12/11 4 4 5 5 Dr Hubbuch is the best MD I have ever dealt with. She is unhurried and takes as much time as needed with all her patients and returns calls. She is extremely knowledgable with Lyme Disease and is not afraid to treat or advocate for her patients. Well worth the money.  Respond

18/12/10 5 5 5 5 Thorough and detail-oriented, Dr. Hubbuch did blood tests my other doctors either didn't know enough to do or didn't bother to do. She determined the cause of my problems (which were severe and going on for a long time) and treated them. Today, I am back to normal and in good health, thanks to her attention. In addition to being a highly skilled medical professional, Dr. Hubbuch is compassionate and patient, and willing to explain her findings and the treatment plan. Pleasant and good humored, Dr. Hubbuch, her receptionist, and the phlebotomist made potentially stressful meetings as pleasant as possible, all circumstances considered.  Respond

15/10/10 1 3 3 3 Her "office staff" is worse than "lamentable". Dr Hubbuch's knowledge of alternative approaches is vast and was very useful. It was an extremely mixed bag, however. She would forget a lot of times about scripts, was oddly brusque at times, stopped working a full week.Worst part, hands down, the woman who answers the phone and works as her assistant. She seems chronically pissed off.(If you can ever get through)Very expensive. No insurance coverage. No hospital affiliation.  Respond

04/03/10 5 4 5 5 I've been seeing Dr. Hubbuch for 10 years now. She is a good listener, gives a thorough exam, and follows the latest in treatments for my condition. She is no-nonsense and straight-talking, and takes the time to explain things clearly. It's a very small office -- just the doctor and one person on the front desk, but they run efficiently and professionally and I think she is wonderful. She is not afraid to stand up to disability companies (who try to put words in the doctor's mouth) and do the required paperwork. Dr Hubbuch gets top grades from me, and I'm grateful to have her as my doctor!

27/01/10 4 4 5 5 The best doctor I have ever been treated by. Dr. Hubbuch knows so much about the human body and how to treat it. She is determined to find the root cause of a problem and recommend the best solution whether it be traditional medicine or alternative treatments. She has helped me resolve some chronic issues that other doctors just wanted to ignore by saying "that's normal" when I knew it wasn't. Currently, she is treating me for lyme disease and is incredibly knowledgeable about this topic. I highly recommend her!  Respond

11/09/09 2 2 3 4 the office is pretty inefficient - she really needs to hire more staff. Phone calls are rarely answered and important questions often ignored. when the doctor does finally call back, she is often short and makes you feel like you are wasting her time. But she's pretty knowledgeable about both conventional and alternative treatment options and is more helpful in person. But another con - unfortunately like many doctors, she needs to be a tad more focused on her work rather than her frequent vacations.  Respond

17/06/09 4 4 5 5 After being to a pedi, 3 pedi allergists, and a pedi GI, I brought my 2 1/2 year old son to see Dr. Jeanne Hubbuch. The other doctors all told me there was NOTHING wrong with my son, yet I was seeing allergic reactions to food, and there was something very wrong with his expressive speech and volatile behavior. Just by following Dr. Hubbuch's recommendations, our son is doing SO MUCH BETTER! He is now repeating sounds, and learning a couple of new words each day - where before he would occasionally learn a word and 'lose it' again. His behavior is MUCH less volatile. This made such an impression that I went to see Dr. Hubbuch for myself. She is the first doctor that has listened and set out to solve the problems that have seriously impacted my life. We paid for our visits/tests/supplements/phone followups and submitted to our insurance for reimbursement. Our son is now GFCF, well, and LEARNING. I wish you luck. BTW, I'm *feeling* and *thinking* better than I have in ages!!

29/08/08 3 2 3 3 She's helpful and has a low key demeanor. However, her office support staff is lamentable. As said before, she works well with other MDs to address complicated problems. I too was annoyed that she doesn't take most insurance. She didn't give me any breaks with the bills, especially when I was paying cash. This annoyed me. Her treatment programs are expensive and they add up. I'd be more positive if these expensive regimens alleviated my symptoms. They didn't so I didn't go back. If she took insurance, I might.  Respond

01/04/08 5 4 5 5 A smart, smart woman! She knows the regular MD stuff, plus a vast knowledge of herbal medicine, energy medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, Eastern medicine, nutrition.. Treats adrenal fatigue and thyroid issues. She listens!! Worth every penny.  Respond

30/07/07 3 4 5 5 She is a godsend. She diagnosed my CFS, which no other doctor would or could do. She took me seriously. She suggested treatments that have improved my health. I can't say enough about her--she's wonderful. And makes herself available to her patients when they need her.  Respond

12/08/06 4 5 5 Very good doctor who knows what she is doing but honest about areas she is unsure about. She works well with other doctors/specialists as a "team" and really listens to the patient. Excellent doctor and highly recommended.  Respond
