Dr. Rogers might be technically competent, but is wholly uncommunicative--I did not get adequate information about the risks, alternatives, side-effects, or recovery for my surgery, and scheduling and communication were the worst I've ever had to deal with with any doctor. I'd get two second opinions before having anything done with Dr. Rogers.

He is the best! Helped me with all pre-op! Did a great job on my surgery! Can nearly see the scars! He is so helpful! And there is a support group on the 3rd wed. of every month and he is almost always there!
