Berated by the staff for being 3-5mins late. When actually I arrive on time with completed paper-work to find no one at the reception desk. By the time someone assisted me and began to initiate paper-work into a computer my appointment time was 10-12 mins late. After vitals were taken I was ushered to a room and more info gathered by a nurse. When Dr Robinson arrived he considered me to be 20-22 mins late for my appointment and then began to lecture me about being late and uncooperative with his staff. He then began to complain about a sudden influx in patient load and a nurse who had left to "find herself". It wasn't until after several minutes of his outrage that I was allowed to defend myself. He apparently couldn't have cared less and therefore never made apologies for his "unprofessional" actions. I wouldn't return to this medical facility nor this belligerent phsycian if he were the last available Dr within 20 miles. I heard from others about his unprofessional bedside manner, but was totally unprepared for the tirade that he demonstrated.

I've been to numerous doctors in my lifetime and it seems that every doctor just wants to get patients in and out so they can make more money. Dr. Robinson actually did a full medical history and was concerned about my health. His bedside manner is great and he educated my on how to be healthy and took time to explain my lab results to me. I left his office excited about eating healthy and working out because of the information that he provided.

Unfortunately I see a lot of doctors... most are OK...some only tolerable because I'm able to scarf up some sample insulin etc...Doctor Robinson, on the other hand, is a genuinely nice guy.. he seems interested in my health.. asks good questions.. listens to me.. makes great recommendations...I wouldn't mind playing a round of golf with him if my darn shoulders didn't hurt... PLUS he hands out samples too! Insulin used to cost $25...Now its over $150 per vial!

Dr. Robinson is an EXCELLENT doctor. He is through and kind and doesn't play around. He gets straight to the point. He takes time to talk to his patients and will refer you to a specialist if he thinks you need one. The Doctors he refers you to are always the best in the field. He investigates every thing that could be wrong just like a Doctor is suppose to. I trust him with my life and the lives of my loved ones. You can't go wrong with him.
