I find the staff is very good, Dr Korne is very knowledgable and competent and the very easy scheduling is very accomodating. However my biggest issue are the bedside manners. Dr. Korne makes me feel so horrible every time I call or each time I visit. When my son's braces break - and of course my son has to take responsibility for it - but I don't need the constant dressing-down each time it happens. Believe me, I WISH it didn't happen as often as it does, but its life and I shouldn't be made to feel like such a horrible parent for when it happens. I have enough things to worry about and to deal with. Some more patience and compassion would be very appreciated. But aside for that, the actual dental work, the staff and the scheduling are very good.

Due to a clear lack of expertise, I had to get an invasive surgery to correct Dr. Korne's mistakes and had stitches for days afterwards. My tooth now has a dent in it, is extremely sensitive even after a couple of years and collects more plaque than the others. The quality of the service is extremely poor and NOT worth the fees which are much higher than your average orthodontist in Montreal. Don't waste your time and money for a service that is only focused on appearances, and very clearly translates into a an awkward work environment. Ever wondered why you never see the same hygienist twice?
