As a result of Kelly's adjustment, I developed a serious and debilitating hip issue (labral tear). She lacks awareness of why a body is holding tension in certain ways, and how much damage can result from rapid adjustments that do not retrain the body. I needed a much more gentle and gradual approach, and have suffered for over six years as a result of this labral tear. She also lacks compassion and accountability for the suffering her approach can cause. Not a fan.
