In August 1995 I went to her with symptoms including severe pain in my entire head, stiff neck and vomiting. She dismissed me saying it was a viral infection and gave me a painkilling injection and left in a hurry for her hospital duties, leaving me vomiting in her office sink. The analgesic she prescribed caused an allergic reaction. I asked for a different drug. I was told to see a neurologist if I was still in pain. Turns out I had an aneurysm in my brain and could have died. If I had not been allergic to Percocet, I would be dead now. Great surgeon fixed it and saved my life.

The Doctor is a nice Doctor yet the nurse is not friendly at all. She is no help what so ever (to be fair I am not sure which nurse). Doctor and office never returns calls back. you feel thta this Doctor is not your Doctor. Although I am comfortable with the Doctor, she needs to return calls on time and appreciate that our time is as important as her time. 20-60 minutes wait at the office is un-acceptable.

Not very good at diagnosing. Was having cardiovascular problems and minor strokes. Was diagnosed with stomach problems that lasted for four years, until I saw a cardiologist on my own. Had to have three sugeries immediately. To busy to see you If you are ill, I end up having to go to a clinic.

Getting an appointment is extremely hard. I once had situation and waited around all day for them to call me back to see me. Of course on a Friday morning. But my boyfriend had to keep calling them back hourly. They're always, "too busy". They finally let a nurse run a test on me half an hour before they close for the weekend. The nurse tells me that I'll have results via a phone call in 20 min. NEVER CALLED. I wound up on the hospital for four days, and the nurses in the ER stated that it was gross neglegence for the nurse at Dr. Cook's office to not notify a doctor of my state. When my family made a formal complaint, the doctor called back, on Monday stating that my insurance didn't approve her lab anymore, so my labs were sent out and were negative and that there was nothing she could do about it. Which would have been fine if the nurse didn't promise me a 20 min. follow-up. Dr.Cook had no concept of what pain and torture I had been through trying to get my doctor's
