I don’t trust this man with taking out the garbage let alone dental work.

Dr. O. Griffel is our family dentist. Dr. O. Oliver has been our family dentist for many many years. He & his staff are Terrific ! They are all very personable, warm, and welcoming when you arrive for an appointment. If there is a dental emergency you can always count on him & his staff to juggle their time tables to take care of your dental needs. The staff is very deligent, polite and quite humerous at times. They sincerely follow up on all your dental concerns, surgeries, and or emergencies and are very prompt in providing excellent service. Dr. O. Griffel is a perfectionist in his field of dentistry. He will take the time to discuss, dental procedures that you require. I would highly recomend Dr. O. Griffel & all his staff to all my family & friends. Thank-you !

Dr. Griffel has been our family dentist for 28 years and will remain our dentist. He is extremely professional and respectable. He has a great team of staff. The administrative staff Ann is very personable and makes the waiting time pleasant.

This dentist turned me off dentists. Dr. Griffel is suave. He can make you feel comfortable and that you are in competent hands but the way the clinic is run is just weird. It's like an assembly line of patients. There is absolutely no privacy between patients. The only personal care that you receive is from the hygenists (who range from excellent to barely adequate) and the receptionists, who work hard to ensure that insured patients return. The wait times to see Dr. Griffel are extraordinary!!! I spent over an hour waiting for my appointment and then another hour in the chair after my cleaning waiting for him to look at my teeth. I still can't believe I waited! I am never returning. Be warned.

Good experience, Dr. Griffel is a very good dentist. The staff is very knowledgeable. Would recommend this dentist to family and friends.
