Horrible, inconsiderate individual. You have a genuine concern and he will dismiss it and treat you like if you are the problem. When we asked if we could leave, he responded with WHERE DONE! Completely crass individual. Needs help in learning how to treat people regardless of age, sex, or sexual preferences.

Note to staff ... when your AC is out and people in waiting room are hot. You don't continuously say you are hot too. If you do not like to serve others why are you in this line of work? When a good samaritan brings water to the people waiting in the waiting room, you don't take some for yourselves. You had just come from lunch. I'm sure you had water. You also had fans only for you. A good office manager would have got fans and water on their 2 hour lunch for the waiting room. Also do I get part of your paycheck for having to call and ask you to do your job so many times? Wow!!! horrible service. Gave them a second chance. The office staff was still very rude, condescending and unhelpful. Kathleen was the worst. The doctor at least apologized for their actions. The doctor is not the problem, his staff is.

The Dr. is ok. Just ok. He has one decent nurse. Eluzabeth. Kathleen is horrid!!! She should spend less time gossiping and avoiding her work. Monica is an idiot!

Dr. Fayner and his staff are the best !!!! I've been with them for 6 months and they truly care for everyone!!!! Y

I love Dr. Fayner and his staff. The day I met Dr. Fayner my life changed for the better. He was able to DX me and help me and for that I am so grateful. Christina Sornbutnark

Billing was terrible - we got a bill 7 months later charging $87.00 for "OV DED" (what does it even mean?!?!). return envelope for the bill was the mini-post card size and I was supposed to fit the letter size bill top portion in there. Same condition my wife had was constantly mis -addressed and probably mis-diagnosed - still no solution provided. It may be not too bad compared to other placed, but don't go there - waste of time, money and great source of frustration. "Dozen doctors a dime"!

Did not listen to me, or any of the research I had done. Also prescribed meds that go against several of my conditions. Left with a very uneasy feeling.
