He was the absolute sweetest man i have ever met. He was my Dr. for many years and i could not have done without him. If i hadn't been in for awhile he would call to see if i was ok. When he had retired he wanted to make sure i would be taken care of by another Dr.

His course of action to "help" me was via medication. I did not want to be medicated as I am a strong person and wanted an alternate way to cope with my problems. Because I refused said treatment, he decided not to see me as his patient any longer.

I have heard a lot about Dr. Vasconcelos from his patients. They all talk highly of him. They always say he is honestly interested in their well-being and he does know what he is doing: both when prescribing medications and when providing talk therapy. The fact that he is in his 70s and is still working indicates that he really like to be a psychiatrist and help people with his work.
