I gave the bad rating right before this one, but I am changing my rating by the way she conducted herself today. The staff spoke to the doctor right away when I came into the office today. The doctor saw me without an appointment and let me know exactly what was going on. She said more diagnostic tests were needed, but put a rush on everything. She also apologized for not getting back to me sooner. So, understanding that people can miss emails, I think she did what she could to correct the situation.

When I came to my appointment the doctor was an hour late. I had an MRI and MRA done about a possible aneurysm and was advised by the tech to see the doctor right away. So, the next morning I went to the office to have them make a note to have the doctor or nurse call me as soon as they received the results. They received them on a Friday, and now it's Tuesday. Still no call. I called them and they now put an "urgent" on the note to call me. Well, the other note should have only taken 2 to 3 day to answer. So, I don't know what this urgent will do. I'll wait until after work tomorrow and pay them a visit until someone can tell me if my head is going to explode.
