OD -used to be my favorite for eye exams. Personable. Was careful detailed very conscientious and knowledgeable. Took great care and pride in his work in his early years. Was very surprised when he seemed to switch to a quick assembly line approach to exams and the quality of the exams suffered greatly. Five star for his early work, 3 star for his later work. Gave 4 star for this rating since I stopped seeing him years ago after a couple fast unsatisfactory exams and can't speak to the current quality of work.
