First visit I arrived 30 minutes early to do paperwork, Doctor eventually saw me 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I had to get some outpatient work done, and it was understood this was a priority item (vomiting and such for over a month). Outpatient referral was 5 weeks out so I scheduled with the hospital and needed her to update the referral, they dragged their feet all day and it ended up pushing my diagnostics back nearly a week again. Dr. and front staff seemed pretty nice but either they are way overburdened or something else is going on because updating a referral should only take a couple of minutes.... Won't be going back, every doctor I have been to has understood urgency for certain things.

I had a very good expiernece here. Both the docors and the staff were very helpful.

Horrible service. The receptionist is rude and unkind, and obviously doesn't understand that she is dealing with people who seek medical attention. On several occasions, I was denied help when I called. This place is interested in is billing the insurance only, not in providing basic family medicine services . Definitely not how a family physician should treat her patients. Never going back there.

I've found her to be very attentive, and will take the time to listen to your concerns and address them. I've been seeing her for a year now and she has my blood pressure, cholesterol and hormones all under control. I haven't felt this good in years. I can quickly and easily get appointments and never have to wait long.

very bad service. They can fax in my prescription, but they told me I had to mail it in. I got an appointment just for refill, and they even don't want to do one fax??? I will never never go to them any more.

Since moving to her new private office at Internal Medicine, the care has improved tremendously. They are very organized and have a computer system to track all their notes and everything. The whole staff is very personable, and I feel like they actually care, which matters a lot to me because I'm under a lot of stress due to health problems. Dr. Girolami and her NP Cheryl both listen, explain, and are thorough. I appreciate that they are not afraid to pull out a reference book to double check medication interactions and so forth. If you call with a question, they get back to you quickly (including their after-hours number). They consider not just what's best for you, but also the cost to you involved, and explain their reasoning. I ask a lot of questions and want to know everything, and appreciate having a doctor that doesn't mind this.
