I will never go back to this doctor or recommend her to anyone. I saw her 3 times and after a battery of tests, still no conclusion as to what my problem was, however I was out a bunch of money. I have since switched doctors who had a pretty good idea within 2 visits, although he is waiting on medical records. Dr. Gangasani and her staff have refused to send my records to my new doctor, despite multiple requests and the proper releases signed. I am exploring my options as to what action can be taken. Do not go to this doctor.

I started with Dr. Gangasani after being newly diagnosed with RA. She has been my Dr. for 10 years. At our first appointment she treated me like her most important patient. She answered all my questions. She helped my pain immediately and started me on disease modifying drugs,..then helped me with the extreme exhaustion. She knows her meds and applys that knowledge like an artist. Today, 10 years later I'm almost totally off all meds, have almost no bone damage and may be in total remission. She worked miracles with me! Regarding her staff,..check your insurance bills and make sure you are being billed per your insurance arrangements e.g. in or out of network. If the bill seems wrong call Cigna and ask questions then call the ofice billing person and together you can all work it out. I can forgive any wait times as I know she treats all her patients with the same individual attention I needed when I first went to her. She is my all-time hero! I highly recommend her!

This doctor does not understand the difficulty of high copays. The office manager is an unprofessional idiot. I have had two appointments over three months and I am still no better than when I started out. She will not give me any help until I go through expensive appts and tests.

She spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions. She is very knowledgeable.

I recently saw Dr.Gangasani for the first time and was very impressed. She took a very thorough history,and did a thorough exam. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. The only negative was her staff. In my opinion, they are very unprofessional and rude.

I have gone to this doctor for years for Lupus, my lupus was under control so all I can say is she is very through in examining me and had kept my lupus in remission. She is very thorough. Her associate is also. I have seen both of them. The wait it pretty good for the most part I am never in the outside room more than 15 minutes, and sometimes 30 once in the room. For a doctor I would say thats pretty much standard. I met her when she treated me at the hospital in McKinney and diagnosed the problems. Even when another speicalist was trying to say it was something else, she stuck to her guns and gave me the correct diagnosis.

she is knowledgeable and can explain it you as the patient. She is very helpfulwith patient needs. Great at doing a good job follow-up procedures.
