I have going to him for many years but I ran out of insulin on Thursday night and the RX was out of refills. His on call person would not call in RX to the drug store on Fridays or weekends even when your completely out of insulin. Did not care at all about helping.

Wonderful physician. I have been a patient since 1997, and whenever I have had questions or medical issues, Dr. Jones and his staff have addressed them immediately.

Dr. Jones and especially his PAs are very knowledgeable and take time with your questions. Doctor Jones and his PAs are rotated for your appointments, so you won't get Dr. Jones or the same PA every time; it's the only way to be fair to the other patients. I am on an insulin pump and I'm happy with it.

Very arrogant, does not treat patients with much respect. Insurance is a nightmare, they do not know how to file. Went for over 2 years, only saw the DR. twice. Be prepared for constant changes in staff. Get your pump and get out of there, does not make hospital visits.
