The staff is horrible and nonresponsive- I frequently waited two weeks for prescription refills despite repeated calls and emails. I continued because I felt she was a good doctor. However over the past few years she is either overbooked, overworked, or just tired of being a doctor. She doesn’t examine me, is unsympathetic, and does nothing to improve staff performance despite being told of serious over sights including improper dosages being sent to infusion locations. It’s really unfortunate but I can no longer recommend her to anyone. I switched doctors

1st visit. Everything on time. Ned second visit after lab results received

Not good at returning phone calls and various other tasks. Finally decided to change doctors. I’ve already had to reschedule once because I can’t get them to release test results. Very frustrating.

Dr. Jones is an excellent caring physician. I have seen her on multiple occasions and she has provided excellent care.

We had 2 appointments, and waited 40 & 90 minutes past our scheduled time to be seen. They failed to return 4 different voicemails requesting information or trying to schedule appointments, and then to top it all off, the front desk gave us attitude when trying to have them send a referral. She acted like it was a burden to request this, questioned why we needed it, and was incredibly rude about the whole interaction. Good doctor, but terrible office staff.

The doctor’s office staff is rude and unprofessional. I quit seeing the doctor because of her staff. When I complained about the lack of follow-up I was told the doctor had over a thousand patients and could not be expected to follow-up on how the patient is tolerating the medication., which may be a valid point, but should not have been stated so very rudely. On my second visit Dr. Jones seemed more interested in telling me about her date over the weekend than my health. The office is very unprofessional starting with her staff down the cowboy boots the doctor wears.

Not only did she misdiagnose me, the treatment she gave me for a disease I do not have led to shingles and a staph infection. I was told to see my primary care provider to resolve those issues - Dr. Jones wasn't the least bit concerned. A second Rheumatologist advised that I had been completely misdiagnosed. I now have a correct diagnosis.0, proper treatment, and my health has improved significantly.

Her staff is no help for pre authorize a prescription (it's been more than 2 weeks). Great Doctor.

The last visit my mom went as a patient as well . She paid cash for her visit an I paid cash for my visit. The staff behind the desk would not allow u to get very far without paying first !! My mother received a bill for her visit days later . She called an argued she paid cash !!! They never sent another bill ... years later I called to make an appointment with the doctor an was told I still owed for the last visit!!! I said u have got to be kidding cause no one was allowed to get past the desk r even called unless u paid first !! I argued but it had been years an was hung up on !!! I really wish the Doc knew what was going on !!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!! SHE IS AS HORRIBLE AS HER OFFICE STAFF!!!!!! She tried diagnosing me with something I had no symptoms for. I had my test results for a week and a half and she never ever called me. I left messages and nothing......finally I canceled my next appointment and when the lady asked me why I told her. She said nothing. Did not even try to remedy the issue. THIS DOCTOR DOESN'T CARE AND HER STAFF DOESN'T EITHER!! How is she at the top of this list????
