was there 2X. 1 time told them allergic to penicillin. gave her meds with a type of penicillin. had reaction went back and asked for her file, stated that she was allergic inquired why was given to her and wanted money back for the pills, Refused. Tried to get her to buy another prescription 2nd time went for a swollen hand. explained hand swelled in minutes. Dr. said tendinitis. she disagreed said take motrin. Within an hour of visit it became painful and she was forced to go to another urgent care, who diagnosed as an infection. given a Zpac and it cleared up. called Park to ask for a refund of the 75.00 for misdiagnosis, they argued they spent time with her so they were due the money. not sure how many Companies can provide such poor service and not be required to refund money. You are taking your life into your own hands when you visit this place…. Don’t go! Staff& Dr hung up 3 times when we called to complain about misdiagnosis/ refund. Very unprofessional.
