Awesome Dr, the staff is awesome too! He did a great job on my eyelid. The staff went above and beyond. Great Dr!!

He and his staff are clueless. My wife stopped her needed meds per paper work and phone calls pre op only to find out the day before surgery her DR did not want it stopped. He and his staff put her in danger and when questioned about it he said he doesn't deal with this and told her to go away. Stay away if your health matters.

I was referred to this doctor, he referred me to someone else. He took 3 worthless external photographs (No Need for it, other than his own desire to take them) charged me a total of $168.... $85 for the pictures. Don't go to this guy. He Is NO Help.

I went to see this dr 3 years ago and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dr. He told me he was not going to deaden my eye to stick a metal instrument in my tear duct. So much lack of compassion. He was so extremely rude to me and I’m so glad I had my teacher co-worker with me to make sure that he truly was that disrespectful! I paid quite a bit upfront and had $30 left which I paid a couple months after, but he still put me in collections! That was the strangest experience I’ve ever had! I feel bad for him to be that inconsiderate. Was it behavior from me not running to get the surgery because it was costly for me at the time? I don’t know. I able to get it now, but I know better than to step foot near him!

Dr. Jaffe and staff are easy to work with and concerned about you as a patient. Dr. Jaffe's work is tops as he reshaped my eyelids so that I could see again. And this simple surgery (for him) made me look years younger. That's the upside. I would do it again in a minute.
