I will never step foot into another Texas Eye Center facility. I was at the Pasadena office. If I would not have complained about the long wait (over an hour) I would still be there. They take your co-pay first ! I politley asked for a refund or find out whats taking so long. The staff then look at me as if I'm the problem ! So that tells me this is the norm ! They are over staffed with chatty , unprofessional support personnel. After seeing the doctor I left with eyes dialated, and not offered shades. Stay away from here !

I regret the day I was referred to Dr Suarez. I have been to almost one year of hell and my vision is 20/200 and will probably remain that way. Bad surgery followed by pathetic post surgery follow up in addition to wrong prescription eye drops led to several subsequent surgeries and complications. Please stay away from this doctor

Seen by a resident, paid FULL rates ! If I did not complain after 3 1/2 hours I would have walked out not seen by Dr Fang Suarez. Practice is money driven - look elsewhere.

Dr. Suarez takes very good care of me and my eyes. I have diabetes and it's a good thing I have her as my eye doctor, otherwise I might be blind.

Unusual compassion, spent more time with me than expected. Great patient caring.
