Dr. Bing was very helpful with clearing me for my injury. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Staff at the front desk were helpful but a little abrupt and rude when I checked in.

Went for a rotator cuff surgery in feb, 2019. Still in lot of pain, arm does not go behind. Requested for an MRI. Dr Tsay denied it and no help received. Wish he didn't do my surgery.

Dr. Tsay is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He is caring and listens to patient's concerns. Office staff is very unprofessional - doesn't return calls, doesn't follow up on refills, doesn't relay Dr's instructions etc.

Dr. Tsay is a good Orthopeadic Surgeon, but his staff in the receptionist area does not act in a professional manner.

Dr Tsay is very knowledgable - very helpful - explains everything where it is easy to understand and know what to expect . His PA is also very good. The office staff needs help - they did not return my phone calls - and made it hard to get refills on medicines - I would and have recommended Dr Tsay to friends and family.

Dr. Tsay is very skilled and caring. He spent time listening and learning how my injury affects my job. The staff seems slow. Phone calls aren't returned.

Very good doctor--very knowlegeable about surgery-gave up to date information. Office was not crammed with too many patients. Office staff easy to contact. Will refer all my coworkers to this physician.
