Allows anyone to schedule your appointment without letting you know. Does not confirm appointments. Therefore I was charged for not showing for an appointment I was not aware of and staff was rude when I called. Acts like he's in a rush to get people out of his office when he finally calls you in and doesn't seem very thrilled about his job. I will be looking for another doctor right immediately

Dr. Nelson is very nice and kind. However, our waits at the office have gotten longer and longer. We've had issues with paper work and waiting on results for long periods of time. Aside from that, he seems to be knowledgeable and helpful.
