Young was dismissive and rude. She always answered my questions with a question, and wouldn't give me direct answers about my ocular condition. She said I would self-heal, and sent me away for seven weeks without any scheduled clinical tests. Dr. Young said to call in \"if anything changed\". My eye was drenched in blood, so nothing appeared to change. I called Dr. Young's office several times and asked \"Shouldn't this be getting better?\" and her staff would say \"These things take time\" and \"You're still in the middle of treatment.\" They just blew me off, basically. During those 7 weeks my condition became inoperable. I suffered permanent loss of vision in one eye. It dropped from 20/30 to 20/200. Clinical tests during those 7 weeks could have triggered surgery in time to save more of my eyesight. Dr. Young was negligent, and her staff were lazy and unhelpful. Try Dr. Torsten Wiegand in Boston.
