Misdiagnosed my tooth problem. Then asked for $45 for my x-rays that my insurance had already paid for. So now I have to be exposed to radiation a second time because i have to take new x rays for my dentist that found my problem

This place is a joke. I went in with severe toothache and I left with severe toothache knowing that an infection was looming and didn't give me any pain medication or antibiotic prescriptions presented me with a bill of over $8,000. Told me that I couldn't have any work done untill i started leaving payments to accrue the money. And then requested me to apply for credit which I knew would be denied and it was. It seems like they're more worried about money then compassion and care. I would never go back to this place again run run run.

Knowledgeable doctor and staff members makes our visits to this office well worth even though we drive over one hour to this office.

I had to laugh at the other reviews, as I am confused by their 5 stars. I have been to this office (3) times, (2) with my little girl. I found the dentist, the oral surgeon and the front office staff extremely rude and non-engaging. When my daughter recently had (2) extractions, they refused to let me sit in and hold her hand. So, as a devoted mom, I had to argue with the surgeon. Refusing to let me comfort my daughter? Really? And he and his assistant kept looking at each other with disdain every time I stepped forward to stroke her hair. I really wanted to ask them what their problem was. And to top it off, on (2) of the occasions, they were behind at least two hours. It was absolutely ridiculous! Every one in the waiting room kept complaining about the wait (including the couple in their 80's who had to wait as well). I will NEVER go back there and warn anyone to stay away.

Dr. Saidara has always provided my family family with great dental care. I would recommend him and his office to any of my friends or family. He truly seems dedicated to his work.

I have been going to Dr. Saidara's office for a number of years and always end up having a positive experience. I required a little bit of dental work on my first visit, including a dental crown and two fillings. Every time I visit the office I enjoy the fact that I feel like I am appreciated.

We were told that we could not save a decayed and broken tooth and that it needed to be removed. We decided to get 2 more dentist opinions since the tooth belonged to our child. Both Dentists said that the tooth can be saved with a root Canal. So we picked one of the other dentists to do the root canal which was successful. We are very happy that we got 2 more opinions
