I really like Dr. Tolber, but his office manager was very unfriendly and very controlling with me. Dr. Tolber had personally called me to discuss lab results, but I missed his call, so he left a message asking me to call back and speak with him. When I called the office, the unfriendly office manager would not let me speak to him. I think she is out of line and inappropriate

Dr Tolber is exceptionally thorough, looking at a problem from all angles. He has helped me through painful disabling immune problems that have stumped other docs., back to health again. He also is supportive and considerate. He respected my opinion and concerns and listened carefully, then provided me with some references to learn more. I strongly recommend him.

This guy is the best scam artist doctor in all of Albuquerque. Makes patients believe they are sick and stupid. Please get rid of doctors like this, it's a shame to society and makes me lose hope in humanity and health care altogether. We need more good, genuine caring people in this world-not Tolber with dollar signs in his eyes for every patient that walks in.

Horrible doctor. He diagnosed our 2 year old child with a fatal illness. Someone from the office gave us a call and told us the situation, no future explanation. They told us to talk to her primary care doctor which has nothing to do with the test DR. Tolber ordered. Even the primary doctor was extremely upset with Dr. Tolber. After 6 months of aggravation and couple of expensive tests, it turned out that our daughter has no fatal illness. She is 7 and health. By the way, in the first place Dr. Tolber ordered wrist test for our daughter along with bunch of other tests. Apparently, wrist test for a child has no value. We heard really bad things from other people throughout the years. For the western approach Dr. Clayton is a good doctor, if you are looking more holistic Dr. Sunil Pai is the real solution.

Dr. Tolber was extremely knowledgeable and yet was very kind and caring. He actually took his time to listen and try and think about what I was saying to him - unlike most doctors who just want to rush you in and out of their offices. He is hands down one of the best physicians I have ever been cared by and I can't thank him enough for being the only doctor who was able to help me and ultimately save my life! I had hives for months and no one could figure out what was causing them. Thanks to Dr. Tolber's persistence, I finally discovered I had a massive tumor that was causing all of my odd symptoms. It was caught early enough so that I only needed surgery (no chemo, etc.)! Dr. Tolber is the best!

I've been Dr. Tolber's patient for many years and I now go for allergy shots. I never feel rushed and he explains test results in detail. One of the tests showed a rare, scary, abnormal result and he spent a great deal of time researching it, explaining it, and getting second opinions. You can get in quickly for pressing issues such as a sinus infection, which can't wait for a regular appointment. Occasionally I see his nurse practitioner and I never feel slighted because she's equally good and will go get him if needed. Plus, his staff is super-efficient with regular shots; I rarely wait more than three minutes after signing in.

Beyond his creditials, "Doctor", Dr.Tolber looked at me as a human being, an individual and not as just another patient or client. My concerns were listened to, Dr. Tolber was extremely thorough, and provided me with solutions to questions that I have been asking for several years now. He provided me with insight to recieving better care from other providers who were overlooking simple things. It is obvious with each encounter that Dr. Tolber cares for his patients. He is so caring, that he even recognized me in town one evening and asked how my medical condition was going.
