She is the most amazing dentist that I’ve ever been to. She is extremely thorough, very concerned about my oral health and as someone else said, a perfectionist. The older reviews about walking upstairs and an outdated office should be removed. She is in s modern office in a building with an elevator and has been for 5 or 6 years now.

I would DEFINATELY recommend Dr. Jasti she's kind VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL and A PERFECTIONIST! Her staff are warm, friendly and supportive. She took the time to explain the treatment, made me feel very comfortable. The office is equipped with the most state-of-the-art equipment I've seen, very clean and pleasant

I don't know what those negative reviews are talking about. My son and I just went to Dr. Jasti for the first time yesterday and she, along with her staff, couldn't have been nicer, more helpful and truly made my son and I feel very comfortable. I was very impressed with her new office and ability.

I had an appointment for a regular check-up with Dr. Jasti. She is rude. The staff was okay. Cleaning was not done properly - she only did 20-30% of cleaning. It seemed to me that the dentist was running grass cutter in my mouth. For me, doctor's attitude is the most important thing. She is rude, in my opinion. I am unhappy to leave my NYC dentist. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to Dr. Jasti's office.

I had to get a lot of work done in a short amount of time because I was going to lose my insurance. I've been to about 5 dentists throughout my life and Dr. Jasti is my favorite among them. She's definitely skilled and does detailed work. I was confident in the equipment she uses because I haven't seem some of them before and her techniques seemed better than other dentists. I think she has qualities that make her a pretty ideal dentist. The way she runs things is very tidy and neat and she has a pleasant personality. Best of all is she tries to keep the cost down. I had a very good experience and got all the work I needed done. Without a doubt I recommend her. :)

She was recommended to me and my family from a friend. My husband and I have both used her and find her quite capable, professional, and saw none of the issues described here. I have made appts. for my kids as well. (Maybe she read those comments!) She is getting new digs beginning in January down the street.

I've been to her office many times and she's always trying to make you feel comfortable. She always has a smile on her face and wants to help. The secretary is always very personable along with the dental hygenists.

Very condescending and needs an attitude adjustment. Feels like she is doing you a favor after you walk up two flights of stairs to her out-dated wall paneled office. Not on my list to have treatment again. Tell all your friends to look elsewhere. Plenty of dentists to choose from in this town and this gal should be last on your list.

Very unhelpful and non-communicative. She makes you feel guilty for asking a question about your treatment plan or the dental work you are about to have. I dont like walking up stairs either to get to her office which needs some updating. All in all I would avoid this dentist and seek someone friendlier, more knowledgeable and willing to communicate and pleasant to deal with

Dr. Jasti truly cares about her patients. She has followed up appointments by calling me at home. She is always accessible and returns phone calls promptly. She is very thorough and maintains very high standard for the quality of her dentistry
