Dr. Duff saved my arm, and fixed my elbow . He did a great job of managing my pain and recovery. I am very grateful for his quick action and excellent job

He was unable to make a diagnosis for a simple condition which was later easily diagnosed by a different physician. Duff also didn't know what Lumbar Facet Syndrome is (?) Perhaps if he'd paid more attention to my symptoms and less time inquiring about my ethnicity, he'd been able to address my concerns.

Dr. Duff was 'spot on' with the diagnosis of my condition and found quick remedy for severe pain. Most personable and genuinely concerned about my care and well being from the moment we met. Highly recommended.

With Dr. Duff's encouragement, I went through complete shoulder replacement. Before surgery each arm movement brought excruciating pain. Now after three months, I can do things I have not been able to do for years. He and his staff were very patient about answering questions and concerns. In the midst of healing I managed to have an accident concerning my leg. Dr. Duff stepped in to make sure the situation was resolved and my new joint was not comprimised. I am now facing another replacement and will not hesitate to use Dr. Duff and his staff. I am sorry for the negative reviews and hope the parties resolved their issues. I am sure Dr. Duff and staff are like minded. Thank you for reading this and I hope it helps.

Dr. Duff is the only doctor I've ever dropped. He fixed my broken leg with a rod, but was awful in follow on. Even a Harrison nurse who took me to his follow on appointments said "What's wrong with this guy?" Another friend called him "Dr. Doom". He offers no encouragement and only highlights what's not working. I would NOT recommend him to anyone and would recommend Dr. Watters whom I like very much.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical facility. I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. My appointment time arrived and past. Eventually the office manager announced to all in the waiting room that three of the doctors (including Duff) were running one hour late. Once I was able to see the doctor, he recommended an MRI. I asked if I could take it the same day and he informed me the machine was down. He recommended I return for the MRI and another consultation. I made a second appointment and 2 hours before my appointment, the office called to inform me their MRI tech called in sick and the back-up was on vacation. They offered another MRI facility but at an inconvenient time. I asked them to reimburse me for my time lost and they refused. If I would have cancelled at the last minute you can bet they would have billed my insurance company. I would never recommend any of the doctors that are part of this practice. Poorly run office.

Dr Duff was professional and precise in his conversation with me. Unfortunately, after talking with several of his former patients, I'm questioning if I want him to do a knee replacement surgery. Seems there are a few unhappy former patients, dealing with his after care and the surgery itself.

We have had 3 surgeries performed by Dr. Duff. He is the utmost professional and has put us at ease through these difficult times. he has always gone over and beyond what was neccesary to explain the procedures etc and has always followed up with calls at home to see how the kids were doing. He is Awesome. It can be hard to get to see him as he is busy but he is always worth the wait. Woldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Dr. Duff is an outstanding doctor! He helped me when 5 other doctors before him couldn't even tell me what was worng with me after a car accident. Dr. Duff preformed two of my shoulder surgeries and provided me with wonderful care. He went out of his way to research my condition and even involved many other doctors to provide me with the best care possible.
