Dr. Winter is the best! I've read the other reviews, he's only late because he takes his time with his patients! He has been terrific for my family- always is reachable via phone or email if we ever have questions.

Dr doesn't, listen well, likes to prescribed drugs, does unneeded surgeries. very bad dr. can be sarcastic

Runs so extremely and consistently late that we're looking for a new doctor. Today he saw us 1 hr and 15 min after appt time. I've even battled traffic for the first appt of the morning, but he saunters in 20 mins late even then.

Spends time with patients, listens, offers treatment and advice that helps, is on-the-ball with prevention. Runs late, but worth it!
